Purchases made by users through our website ("Website") are governed by the conditions ("Conditions") described below. The purchase of products ("Product") through gizupp.com implies full and unreserved acceptance by the user of the following terms of purchase. These Terms do not cover the sale of our Products by third parties outside the Website.

GIZUPP may at any time modify the conditions or offers published on its website (prices, products, promotions and other commercial and service conditions). But the modifications will not under any circumstances affect the purchases already made by our users.

Product and manufacturer names and brands are used for identification purposes only. All photos, descriptions and prices are not contractual.

Special offers, promotions or discounts will be valid until the specified date, or until the end of the specified number of shares. As well as the prices indicated when consulting the website.

  1. How can I buy on the website?

The purchase of our products by the user is carried out and perfected following the purchase procedure described in this section. By purchasing our products, you agree that communications with GIZUPP are mainly through electronic means.

In order to make purchases through our website it is not necessary to register previously as a user.

To make a purchase, you must add the products you are interested in to your "shopping cart".

Once you have filled your cart with all the products you wish to buy, the purchase is completed.

To complete the purchase with GIZUPP you must finish the purchase and proceed to pay the amount of the products purchased through the payment gateway.

The purchase will be completed when the user receives confirmation of the order by email, which will reflect in detail the products purchased and the current conditions.

  1. Price of the products. Taxes and customs

The price paid includes indirect taxes resulting from the delivery of the product and shipping costs. However, GIZUPP is not responsible for the payment of any import tax or customs duty that may be due at the time of introduction of the product to the state of destination. Any additional costs arising from customs clearance shall be borne by the recipient of the product. For legal purposes, the recipient of the product will be the importer and must therefore comply with all laws and regulations applicable in the state of destination.

    b) How soon will you receive your order?
    The usual delivery period varies between 10 and 20 days from receipt of the order confirmation.

If the item is not in stock, and cannot be delivered in time, we will notify you of the estimated time for your request and you may exchange it for another item if you wish or request a refund.

These terms are indicative and GIZUPP reserves the right to delay them for reasons not related to the company. In any case, we will always strive to reduce delivery times as much as possible in order to guarantee a fast and efficient reception of orders.

The agreed deadlines for delivery of the products are without prejudice to delays that may be caused by force majeure.

  1. c) What should I do in the event of a delay or error in shipping or delivery? 
    In case of delay, delivery error or loss of the product, please contact us as soon as possible. GIZUPP will contact the logistics company to initiate an investigation and resolve the incident as soon as possible. We will make every effort within our reach, for the time necessary and within 24 to 48 hours, we will contact the user and provide a solution or send a new identical package free of charge.


The user will have the right to cancel the contract and pay the amount of the product and the shipment if we do not deliver within the agreed period and the conditions established in article 66.bis of the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November. which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.

  1. d) What is the amount of the shipping costs?
    The amount of the shipping costs is included in the price of the product.

  2. a) How long do I have to cancel the purchase or decide to return a product?
    The user will have a period of fourteen calendar days from the date of the receipt to decide to return the "Product" without incurring a penalty or any expense, except for the cost of return shipping and without the need for justification.

The withdrawal period will expire 30 calendar days after the date the user or an authorized third party receives the product.

In the event of a withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you. The withdrawal period shall be deemed to have been complied with if you return the goods before the end of the relevant period.

    GIZUPP will refund the amount of the product using the same payment method used by you at the time of purchase, unless you have expressed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any expenses as a result of the refund within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the date you informed us of the withdrawal.

In the event that the order has been delivered, we may withhold the refund until we have received the products back or until you send proof of the return of the products. When returning a "Product", we recommend that you obtain proof of shipment.

To return the product, it is necessary that it has not been used and that its original seal or packaging is kept intact. Packages in which the user has attached any type of label, adhesive paper or similar will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse a full refund, if the returned "Product" has been damaged.

If the return occurs because the user considers the "Product" to be defective and wishes to return the amount paid, he also has fourteen working days to return the product from the time he receives it. The refund in this way does not limit the rights that can help you according to the product warranty established by the regulations of consumers and users.

Products sold by GIZUPP are covered by the legal guarantee of 2 years from the delivery of new products by the seller, in accordance with the provisions of consumer and user regulations.

We do not cover defects caused by misuse, neglect or improper handling. The "Products" sold on our website are intended only for the use described in the specifications of each product.

  1. Force majeure.

GIZUPP will not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of any of the obligations assumed, when the same is due to events that are beyond our reasonable control ("Force Majeure").

Force majeure circumstances will include any act, event, failure to perform, omission or accident which is beyond our reasonable control, such as (a) strikes, lockouts or other industrial action; (b) civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist threat or attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparations for war; c) Fire, explosions, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster; d) Impossibility of use of transportation; Impossibility of use of telecommunications systems; and e) Government acts, regulations or restrictions.

The obligations under these conditions will be suspended during the period of force majeure and the period will be extended to meet these obligations for a period of time equal to the duration of the force majeure event and we will use all reasonable means to end the period. Force majeure or finding a solution that will enable us to comply with our obligations despite the force majeure.

  1. Partial Invalidity

If any of these General Conditions is declared null and void by a final decision issued by a competent authority, the remaining terms and conditions shall remain in force, unaffected by such declaration of nullity.

  1. Applicable legislation and competent courts.

Contracts for the purchase of Products through our website and disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with their purpose or conclusion (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be governed by Spanish law.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to the use of the website or such products will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts and tribunals in the province of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.

If you are contracting as a consumer, nothing in this clause will affect your rights under applicable law, and you may choose to bring a claim to assert your rights in relation to these Conditions before the Judge or Courts that apply to your home.
